In Bloom

Lots of firsts in the last couple of weeks... We enjoyed our first bbq of the year, celebrating by eating copious amounts of Zach's bbq chicken. First blossoms have come and gone (why can't they last forever?). First of what seems like a thousand dog baths in the hose. I don't know what it is about the Spring that turns Nox into a bonafide poop-rolling machine.  Finally being able to sit out on the porch and enjoy the sunshine has been huge. I find myself wanting to spend most of my day out there. Thank goodness for the sunny porch because taking the dogs swimming is an everyday occurrence now and I can't tell you how nice it is to have a place to put them to dry off. So, all in all we are so happy to have some sun, and finally be rid of winter.
