Catching Up

Well, it has been a while since my last post. Our time has been taken up with getting ready for baby! Here is a little bit of what has been going on in our lives for the last month...

My ever patient husband teaching me how to bake and we are both enjoying the results...

My dear friend that has lived so close for the past 3 years moved back to the States in July. I miss her everyday. In this picture she is 20 weeks pregnant and I am 32.

Some summer blooms

Getting baby stuff in the mail makes things a little more real

It has been one thing after another with the the boys this summer...

Newton checking on his little brother or sister

Cooking when you are 8 1/2 months pregnant is a challenge , it is interesting trying to cook and wash dishes either sideways or standing a foot away from everything

Enjoyed the Lunar eclipse a few weekends ago

It has been the hottest and driest summer in years, and of course we are in a country with no air conditioning. We have been coping with frozen vegetables, fans and showers turned all the way on cold.

So, we are enjoying our time of being a family of four, but we are even more excited to add number five!

England

Oh my gosh, this place couldn't be more perfect. I am all set to move here at any moment, I am sure that the details will work themselves out later. The Cotswolds and Wales were magical, brimming with sunshine (we had sun the entire week!) sheep, and really yummy food.  We were also lucky enough to spend some time with our brother and sister-in-law who we haven't seen since their wedding three years ago.

Lately

Things are happening...fast. Can hardly believe I am in my third trimester, and before we know it we will have a new little one running around. We have been loving the late May early June landscape. I really cannot get enough of the beautiful blooms around here.  The grill has been on everyday and it doesn't get completely dark until after ten. Life is good.
