Update

Eating: Minestrone soup and m&m cookies
Listening: Classical radio
Reading: "The Night Manager"
Loving: Everything David (I mean, of course!)

Fall is here and we are loving every minute. It has been lovely here, albeit a bit on the dry side. Our day to day is slowly becoming more normal. Little David isn't the best sleeper but we have started keeping a journal of his habits to see if we can find a better pattern. We cannot believe he is 2 months old! Really, where did the time go? He has new hair coming in and loves his sucking on his fists. Bath time is still a favorite as well as his blue Donkey puppet. We had to order a crib this weekend (we thought we could wait until we moved) but he is growing to fast and will soon be much too big for his bassinet!

We are gearing up for our move! Our last day in Germany will be the 14th of December. It will be bitter sweet leaving, we are especially going to miss our apartment. Now we just have to coordinate another 4 million things before we go.... in the meantime we are enjoying the everyday and trying to be in the moment and enjoying every second with our fast growing boy!

Oh my gosh. It was beyond wonderful having my mom all to myself for three entire weeks. This though, was not close to being long enough. I have decided that mom and dad will now be moving to Germany. Being so far away makes makes my heart hurt. My mom is a saint, not only did she help with baby, but she cleaned my apartment like it's never been cleaned before and helped us get ready for our next move. We love her so much and I know Davy misses his Lala. She is way more fun than me,  she can sing the "Armor Hot dog" song and is a non stop kissing machine.

We enjoyed blissful afternoons on our porch, soaking up the sun and talk, talk, talking to our hearts' content. It's so nice when your mom is one of your best friends. Thanks for it all mom, we love you more than you know!
